This is what happens when you don't take a nap and then go the park and run through the sprinklers.....you fall asleep at 4:30pm.....and you wake up something cranky at 5:30pm.
I was told that these were his muscles and he could NOT wash them off. Just so you know...even when the pen says "washable" if it's blue....not so much.
She is always good for a cheesy grin!
