Anna Home 4 Months

Anna has been home 4 months and I think she's finally feeling like she's "home." We were told that she was easy going and that she could play on her own. When we first got home, Anna whined....alot.. and did not want to do anything by herself (which was totally understandable). But now, she is happy more and is really good at entertaining herself (because face it, at times we need 5 minutes to do things without the littles underfoot). She is also finally WALKING!!! I'm so excited and so is my elbow. Her speech is really taking off and she understands pretty much everything we say. She squints when she smiles really big and she thinks hearing the word "oink" and "honk" are funny. She is the most ticklish little girl around and her giggles are enough to make you melt. If you ask for a hug, she'll come to you with open arms and her kisses are full- on open and wet. She still hates baby dolls, but loves shapes, blocks, or anything she can build. She loves books. She is a joy and we are so happy to have her home.

Here are several pics of the kids.

Just love this picture of my littles. And yes...Ella is always hugging on Anna.

When it's quiet and you haven't seen Anna in a few minutes...it's because she's destroyed your foam Halloween house.

This is Jack's "Peace and Quiet" position.

Dress up...and Ella hugging on Anna.

Anna and her beloved shapes.
