LOA, Baby!!

So, I was on my way to pick up the kids and was lamenting and feeling sorry for myself that we had not received our LOA yet and I heard my phone alert me to a new email. I waited until I pulled up to the kid's school to read my email and what a wonderful surprise seeing the message from our agency letting us know that we had received our "Letter Seeking Confrmation of Adopter" or our LOA. We waited 48 days from the time we submitted our request to adopt Anna to receive this latest approval. Not bad in the adoption world. We now wait for our Travel Approval or TA. Our estimated time for our travel is five - eight weeks. I could have be hugging my daughter by my birthday. Woo hoo!
